BHCC offers current and former students secure, easy online access to academic and financial records, course availability and registration. Using a Personal Identification Number (PIN), students can access this information directly from the bottom of this page.
Current BHCC students in good academic standing, with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0, who have also completed at least 12 credits at the college, are eligible to register online for classes, up to 18 credits per semester, providing their financial account is in good standing, and have provided any necessary immunization information. Students are required to report all address change information to BHCC in a timely manner.
BHCC students are able to access their financial account summary online via the secure server. Students must log in to access this information. This shows both current semester payments received and balance due. Students are also able to make online payments using a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card. You must log in to make a payment. For other information regarding account summaries and payments, students should call 617-228-2150.
Through the online services system, students are able to see and print their Financial Aid award letter, view their current and previous years´ Financial Aid records, and check the status of their current Financial Aid application documentation. Once they have entered the online services system, students can click on "My documents" to see which forms have been received by the BHCC Financial Aid Office, and which are missing. To expedite students' financial aid applications, many of these forms are available through the Financial Aid web pages.
The online services system offers an easy way for students to access their degree audit as well as an individual educational plan that the student develops in conjunction with an Advisor either in face-to-face meetings or via online communications. Students who have completed coursework at Bunker Hill Community College since 1984, can access their academic and financial records, including their GPA, any assessment test scores, their educational plan and an unofficial transcript, by using the online services system.
To obtain a student's User Name, click on Online Services/Registration below. Select WebAdvisor for Students and then select What's My User ID. Student's enter their last name and System Generated ID (either their Social Security Number or BHCC Student Id) and then Submit. The student's User Name will appear and the student will then Log In to WebAdvisor. Web Passwords are generally created using the last six digits of the student's social security number. If the last six digits of the student's social security number do not work, try using the last six digits of the student's BHCC Student Id.
Students must change their Web Password to another secure, more easily remembered password once they enter the online services system. Web Passwords must be at least six digits, but no more than nine digits and must contain both letters and numbers.
